Qualificações Necessárias:

Graduação completa em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento em Excel;
Desejável conhecimentos em ERP, WMS e TMS;
Desejável Idioma: Inglês Intermediário;
Ter disponibilidade para atuar em Jundiaí/SP.

Objetivos do cargo

Operacionalizar e monitorar os serviços referentes aos processos de Inbound, Stock Transfer, Armazenagem Externa e Outbound, sendo responsável por:

Realizar a Programação e acompanhamento de coletas de Fretes indiretos;
Analisar os processos de Faturamento de Ctes, Estadias e Armazenagem Externa;
Desenvolver a Programação de Outbound para produtos acabados;
Realizar a Programação da puxada de Matéria Prima para os sites de acordo com o Planejamento estabelecido pelas plantas;
Desenvolver a programação de Inbound e Outbound para 3PL;
Organizar as tratativas para Devoluções e Avarias nas operações de Transporte e Armazenagem Externa;
Realizar Batimento de Estoque diário e processar ajustes de Inventário;
Interação ativa com a área de Customer Services, Compras, Faturamento, Planejamento, Operador Logístico e Transportadoras.

Nouryon has an outstanding opportunity for a regional HSE Specialist – South America, based in Jundiaí site.

It is responsible for the Health, Safety & Environment high standards running the programs in our current 10 manufacturing sites in the region. Our regional HSE team in the region is based in the Jundiaí site but the position requires 25-40% travel to our site locations.

Essential Qualifications and Required Skills:

Bachelor, masters or doctorate level qualification in HSE or engineering or related discipline.
10 years’ experience in the Health & Safety in manufacturing environment. Preferably but not limited to in chemical industry.
Site based experience important.
Relevant experience in different multiple units, disciplines, locations and/or other companies.
Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through
Positive influencing: ability to convince others, gain agreement or acceptance of plans, activities and ability to move others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action.
Ability to drive continuous improvement of the processes, policies, standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, result oriented, negotiation, problem solving, project management, business acumen.
Good communication and presentation skills
English fluency. Additional skills with Spanish are preferred.
Work independently. Ownership, setting goals and drive performance.
Ability to work in multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams, networking within and outside Nouryon

Key Responsibilities:

Build line management understanding and compliance to Health & Safety regulations and systems, resulting in H&S internal and regulatory compliance. Be an influential advisor to line management by building and fostering a deep understanding of the theoretical concepts, regional regulatory requirements and industry standards and best practices focused on Health and Safety systems.
Leverage Health & Safety expertise to support all regional sites, providing leadership and coaching to the Health & Safety Experts in the region with a very strong emphasis on personal development. Leverage and extend Health& Safety knowledge through personal engagement. Develop Nouryon training materials and provide workshops / webinars on Health& safety including risk management, JSA, BBS, Industrial Hygiene, injury case management, safety leadership etc.
Develop and deploy Health& Safety management systems which support the Health & safety requirements in all sites, guiding line management to implement Health & Safety Management procedures, templates and tools. This includes future auditing and compliance activities. Take actions to implement consistent tools globally for Health & Safety effectiveness (JSA, BBS, ROD, Risk Management, injury case management etc.).
Lead or participate in incident investigations and review investigations in the region for effectiveness. Drive incident learning and communications
Progress towards leading level of H&S by acting as a role model for compliance and commitment, spending time engaging with health& safety specialists and act as a role model for ensuring Health& safety continuous improvement
Contribute to the Health& Safety strategy developments of the Nouryon HSE&S strategy. Includes design, deployment and delivery of the Nouryon HSE&S management systems.
Serve as an internal auditor and incident investigator for the region and globally when applicable
